2015 Toyota Camry – an expert review

"2014 Honda Accord"

The Japanese sensation, Toyota has its scrupulous dose of sensational automobiles ranging for generations, out of the globally launched automobiles; there is one particular vehicle from Toyota that still creates awe.

The Toyota “Kan Muri” (pronounced Camry) which means little crown or Beyond Compare, has been adding successful miles to Toyota since 1982. The naming tradition behind the Camry was primarily because of the models that rolled out Toyota’s production workshop during 1950’s. The Toyota Crown, Corona and Corolla have similar meanings (crown, small crown) they were built to bestow a crown upon the customer (Customer felt like a crowned king, literally!!)

Recent news about the upcoming 2015 Toyota Camry sounds fun and the features make it just too exciting to ignore.  The initial Camry bodies were narrow and compact in size, however the new models have grown bigger and wider. During the early 1980’s, the Camry was an un-embellished 4 door sedan that carried the Celica Camry name plate.  Post 1982, the Camry was an independent model backed with a V10. A few years later, Toyota rolled out the Camry V20 series that made its debut in 1986, and four years later came the V30 sedan & hardtop, a model that was exclusively built for Japan.

Owing to an increasing demand for a commodious Camry, the wide-bodied XV 10 Sedan/Station wagon was introduced in 1991. The Camry had built quite a reputation by then, and Toyota kept the production and design meter rolling. The year was 1994 when the V30 was replaced by V40 and the XV10 was replaced in the year 1996, but the name was changed to Camry Gracia (gracias Toyota for this beauty) in Japan.

Post 1998, Vista had ended the Camry calibration and rolled out independent models with the V50 nameplate, however this too had a shortcoming, it was withdrawn in the year 2003. With an increasing popularity for wide-bodied cars, the XV 30 was launched in 2001; this car was quite spacious inside out. Toyota did not end the production just yet. The XV40 was launched in 2006, which was taken over by the XV50 models since 2011. The Camry looks camri-er than ever. The current models look trendy and fun loving.

Let’s look at how Toyota has been steering the family sedans in America.

The V10 – V50 ( a long story short) [1979-present]

Toyota Camry history

It started in the year 1982, post the Toyota Celica (Celica Camry) roll out, the Toyota Vista had been assembled at the Tsunami plant in Japan and was ready to be introduced to various roads.  The 4-door sedans and 5 door lift back’s were introduced with transverse front engines and front wheel drive. The versions that had rolled out during that period had gasoline and diesel engines such as (1.8 L gasoline, 2.0 L gasoline, 1.8 L diesel turbo and 2.0 L diesel turbo variants) the vehicles were available in 4 and 5 speed transmissions

The next generation Camry sedans were produced soon after; they were named (S-series) SV10, SV11 and SV 12 along with (C-series) the CV 10 and CV 11. The V10 series bearing vehicles were 4 door notch back sedans. At the same time, Toyota had started exporting the Camry to Australia, Europe an North America.

During 1983-1986 Toyota Camry started tasting the sourness of competition, the Honda Accord was accredited the leading competitor of the Camry. Honda was really making the competition intense for Toyota. Owing to competition pressure and the need for innovation, the Camry cars had a 2.0 liter four cylinder engine that produced 92 horse power and was more powerful than the 86 hp (1.86 litre) accord, the wheelbase was longer than that of the Accord and there was more space for passengers and less room for competition.

It was time for the Second generation Camry, 1987 welcomed the new Camry that had many improved features and looks, the engine remained the same (2 litre; 4 cylinder) but the horse power increased to 115hp, it was pretty modern (then) and it was more aggressive than Honda Accord, Having said that, the Camry was preferred by the smooth and quiet transportation lovers whereas the Accord was pro interaction and feedback. During 1988, the Camry was launched with a V6 engine with an all wheel drive option, it had a 2.5 liter V6 DOHC (double overhead cams) that had 4 valves per cylinder and was as powerful as 153 ponies. This was the same time when these Japanese charms started making their appearance on American roads, Honda wasn’t prepared for the Japanese dominion on American roads but US customers were ready to welcome the Japanese technology in their garage.

In 1989,Toyota had the “All-Trac” technology with an automatic gearbox fitted into the Camry. The years that followed were glorious for Toyota. The brand was one among the finest brands to offer great cars with an excellent build quality and the cars topped the sales charts.

Toyota Camry in America

Many Camries were produced at the Kentucky Plant (Reminds me of KFC!!) to produce quality family cars. Camry was the fifth best selling car in America. During 1991, the Camry LE V6 Sedan and Wagon and the All Trac LE sedans were the popular cars being sold. During the same year, Toyota added knock sensors into the V6 cars that ensured smooth operations on roads.

America started becoming fond of large cars and so, in 1992 Toyota felt magnanimous and decided to increase the dimensions of the Camry, a notch. The larger Camry was a pleasant addition to the Toyota family. Not only was the space increased, Toyota also tried to broaden the smiles on the customers faces by adding smooth and round aerodynamics to the car, the body underwent various visual changes and improvements. The engine was smoother; the car was less noisier and started competing with luxury car rivals. Safety was given priority and Airbags were introduced, so were the three-point belts and ABS was introduced to Camry. Toyota did not stop there; the engines were bigger (2.2 liters) and flaunted 130 Horsepower. The V6 was upgraded to 3 liter and boosted 185 Hp. The new Camry was not only muscular, it learnt the new language of speed; it could do 0-60 in under 8 seconds. It was just about the right time to introduce sports Camry Sedans for the enthusiasts. This was a class apart from the regular Camry sedans, the sports car was bred differently, it had racing dynamics, sporty seats, rear spoiler and black tinted windows, there was a door handle and mirror trim.During 1996, the fifth generation Camry was introduced, there weren’t any prominent changes since the ’95 Camry, there were new seats, the interiors felt different and there were 2 new versions LE and LE Wagon introduced.

New and improved Camry was introduced in 1997, with a new body style and more curves, Toyota decided to drop the two door sedans and stick on to the four door sedans. There were three trim levels available namely; CE (base version) LE and the fully loaded XLE, the sporty Camry had to leave the production track of Toyota.

Toyota added more powerful engines to the Camry, the 2.2 liter inline four engine had 133 HP, whereas the V6 Toyota Camry had anti lock brakes added to them, ABS was also standard on all the 1997 Camries (except four cylinder models)

American consumers had a liking towards this new Camry, and evidently the Camry was the best selling car in the US during 1997.

There were safety-enhanced features incorporated in the 1998 Camrys, there were anti-theft systems improved via engine immobilizers in the cars and this just increased the reputation for Camrys. During 1999, Toyota had launched a Camry coupe named Camry Solara, this car had a look of its own and was creased in a very unique manner. The Solara models were available with either 4 cylinders or V6 variants and automatic and manual transmissions.

The same design lasted for around five years and the Toyota Camry that was launched in 2002 had a very unique body that looked far better than previous models. Elegance was the prime focus and Toyota worked completely towards giving the new Camry a whole new make over. Owing to minor changes in the previous years, in the year 2007, Toyota Camry had received major changes. The new design was radical and it did seem like the perfect Sedan apart from its luxury oriented features.

Toyota had released 4 trim models of the new Toyota Camry, the CE (base model), LE, SE and XLE.

Since 2011, the Camry XV50 is being sold in the US. The car has received various visual changes. But it still remains one of the most desired Family Sedans.

THE ALL-NEW Toyota CAMRY 2015

After along ride that lasted for generations, Toyota has geared up to say “Konnichiwa” to the all-new Camry 2015. Toyota has infused all sorts of changes in all Camrys ever produced. But, one such thing that it lacked was the “Fun Factor”

And so, Toyota has gracefully refreshed the look and feel of the new Toyota Camry. The new Camry is going to make driving an exciting task, it is going to be really quiet (not quiet an advantage to those who are married J) and it certainly has stunning looks. The new interiors spell sophistication and there are world-class features that would definitely spoil you. Toyota is trying to add the Camry to an up market sedan segment. The car feels quite fresh and ready to hit the roads.

ENGINE:

Apart from the now, the Toyota Camry gets a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder model that has 178 Horsepower and a 3.5-literV6 model powered by 268 ponies. Both the models are paired with a six-speed auto transmission. Toyota has also introduced a Hybrid model with 2.5 liter Atkinson-Cycle four-cylinder engine with electric motor and nickel-metal hydride battery pack, which has an output of 200 hp. You can be assured that all the (3) engines are quality performers and go easy on your fuel. These cars make perfect Family Sedans.

PERFORMANCE:

Accused of being a boring car on roads, Toyota has added zingy features to the 2015 Camry to make it peppier than ever. A sporty XSE trim level model will be available to groove things up.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

Toyota has surprised the world with its revolutionary transformation from boring to bang on!!

New and Sporty looks of the 2015 Toyota Camry

The Camry gets its style elements from Avalon and Corolla and a few adaptations from Lexus. Toyota has given entertainment and design a lot of priority.

COMPETITION:

Directly competing with the 2015 Camry is the Honda Accord, both the cars share a lot of resemblance but, the 2014 Accord is a bit pricier than the 2014 Camry. Considering a “supposed” fun factor in the all-new Toyota Camry, the price is also going to loot the customer funny 🙂

2014 Honda Accord Vs Toyota Camry

PRICE:

The price of the 2015 Toyota Camry is a mystery. However, judging by the price of the 2014 base model Camry L (US $ 23,235) and the top end V6 XLE model (US $ 31,515) whereas the 2014 Hybrid Model costs between US $ 27,140 to US $ 28,755. The 2015 Camry might cost tad more than the 2014 models.

BOTTOMLINE:

The Toyota Camry is the epitome of sheer performance. It carries generations of thought and technology that have been tactically placed in the Family Sedan.

With the best sales record for selling the best Family sedan, Toyota retains the 12 years pride and the 2015 Camry is definitely going to carry on the successful legacy.

Let’s hope Toyota gets rid of the “boring” label from its cars 🙂

LA-Ferrari (the synonym of love)

"Pricey, Elegant and Fuel Efficient"

When there is rivalry between the ultimate super car producing companies; the world stands witness. Ferrari (a division of fiat motors) has a hybrid card up its sleeve. This time, its habiliment pronounces a certain gumption that makes its rivals look fatuous.

The year was 2013, and the Geneva Motor show had its finest moments of new cars being unveiled, new features being flaunted and aspiration levels flying up higher than our dreams. There was sheer joy among enthusiasts, and then came the moment that made various speed freaks skip a heart beat (or more) The La’Ferrari was unveiled. It has equine features of a stallion that is powered hybrid.

La Ferrari (sounds very French) simply means The Ferrari (to the lay man) this is a one of a kind addition to the new age hybrid hyper car breeds. The name might be gullible, but beware this car isn’t just about the style and glamour, the power produced by the hyper hybrid can get you flying on the road at 300 kmph (whew!!)

The La Ferrari defeats the bull too, it is more powerful than the Lamborghini Veneo, and being faster than the previous MC Laren P1 it challenges the Posrche 918 Spyder. Although this car does not have the ability to run under full electric power like the Porsche and Mc laren at low speeds, but Ferrari clearly claims that the La Ferrari is the successor of the Enzo and takes you up close and personal to being  a Formula One Driver with this brutal force on wheels.

Ferrari Unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show

“We chose to call this model La Ferrari because it is the maximum expression of what defines our company – excellence”

“Excellence in terms of technological innovation, performance, visionary styling and the sheer thrill of driving. Aimed at our collectors, this is truly an extraordinary car which encompasses advanced solutions that, in the future, will find their way onto the rest of our range, and it represents the benchmark for the entire automotive industry.” Said Ferrari President, Luca di Montezemolo.

ENGINE:

The heart of the stallion is a 6.3-litre V12 Engine that has been upgraded. The same engine resides in the F12 Berlinetta. The upgrades include an increased compression ratio of 13.5:1 and there are various internal modifications done to the engine to produce a powerhouse. The improved engine produces 596 kW power @ 9000RPM, and the peak torque goes up to 700 Nm @ 6750 RPM (if this isn’t real power then what is?)

The Story of power doesn’t end there, the V12 engine is also accompanied by a pair of specially designed motors by the F1 electronic partner, Magneti Marelli who has introduced a Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS)  adds on 120kW to the La Ferrari’s drive train that boost up its power a notch higher, making the power output go up to a staggering 718kW and producing a torque of 900Nm (WOW!!)

La Ferrari engine " A Beast resides in this car"

All that power is gets delivered to the rear wheels through the 7 speed dual clutch gearbox that boosts the Ferrari to around 100 kmph in less than 3 seconds (mind=blown). This car is all set to match the McLaren, Porsche 918 and the Lamborghini Veneno, the Ferrari bests the Mclaren (200kmph in 7 seconds) to a faster 300 kmph, making it faster by 2 seconds. The LaFerrari was also tested at Ferrari’s Fiaorano test circuit and it lapped 5 seconds faster than the Enzo, the la Ferrari also laps the Nurburgring circuit in less than 7 minutes, it is Ferrari’s fastest and the most aggressive road car.

BUILD:

All that power is concealed under a lightweight carbon fiber chassis that is sturdy and has a low center of gravity as compared to the Enzo. It weighs around 1360 kgs and it isn’t as bulky as most of the hyper cars built. The body is honed in the same manner and the same wind tunnel as most of the F1 race cars. The cars feature pretty neat aerodynamic devices like the diffusers (front and back) The wing mirrors on the La Ferrari are quite long, they are built in such a manner that the driver can look at the car’s rear wheel arches. This might be absurdly built, but that’s the trend (so what are we really going to do about it right?)

La-Ferrari looks and body

The LaFerrari has a double wishbone suspension mated with magnetic shock absorbers and new & improved carbon brakes to seize all the hyper power on wheels. Even the tires are of a different class; the specially crafted Pirelli P-Zero Tires are safe and obviously one of a kind.

Inspired by the F1 cars, the cockpit has two seats and the seats are a fixed part of the chassis. The pedal box and steering wheel can be adjusted according to the driver’s comfort, or you could pretty much get it tailor made (After all, you are going to burn the deepest corners of your pockets to afford this ride, so why not customize it?)

WHAT’S WITH THE HYBRID?

The Hyper-Hybrid La Ferrari spreads the Green word loud and clear, this is the future of green cars. The V12 engine is mated to an electric motor, the car is Hybrid and it is built not only for speed but to refurbish and redefine the way people look at green cars.

The car runs on a petrol engine and runs on three variations. It is developed for racing and stores electrical energy and uses it later to supplement power from the petrol engine.

The car reduces fuel consumption and lowers CO2 emissions.

PRICE:

This is the most crucial section. Ratan Tata had pored over each and every inch of La Ferrari at the Geneva auto Show, He claimed that the car looks terrific and what’s more terrific is its price. One being asked if he would buy one, he joked, “I don’t have the money”

Well, the car costs $ 2 million !

The car has already received more than 700 requests for this hyper beast (I wonder, where does all that money comes from?)

BOTTOMLINE

Well, this is yet another dream that might come true if you are a billionaire. It is one of the most spectacular cars built by Ferrari ever. Hope you see one whiz by on Indian roads.

DATING DORSODURO 750 – Beauty from Aprilia!!!

Born in Italy, Aprilia is a small unit of Piaggio that manufactures the successful scooter, Vespa. Aprilia however, is a race winning sports bike unit. The world had witnessed the legendary sports bikes; the RSV Mille (1000 cc’s of brutal power that comes from a V-twin Super bike, the that rolled out of Aprilia’s manufacturing unit and not to forget the RSV4 .

Who wouldn’t want to hear it roar right?

Sounded to me like a tiger roaring away to glory.

One of the recent stunning bikes from Aprilia was the Dorsoduro 750. The name Dorsoduro means “Hard Back” or something that is really tough and strong by nature. These elements have been incorporated in the 750. Being aggressive yet holding a charm, the 2013 Aprilia 750 has been in my attention radar for quite some time. Let’s take a look at the bike’s features and its worth on Indian Roads.

THE BIKE:

Aprilia had given the Dorsoduro 750 a contemporary beginning. The all new 750 was brawnier than its previous cousins and received a new engine upgrade apart from the normal discernible features. A strong built complemented with nimble reflexes made the Dors d-750 a sagacious possession.

The well built revolutionary engine is mounted upon the bike’s unique mixed trellis and aluminum frame that made handling as smooth as winking.

BRAKES:

A 4-piston radial caliper brake is fitted on the front with 320mm floating wave disks. The bike is also built for safety and to spice things up, the bike has a sophisticated 2 channel continental ABS system just to keep you extra safe.

Techno savvy much?

FEATURES:

The 90 Degree V twin liquid cooled Engine is mated to the bike and it has four valve heads, double overhead cam. The bike has an electronic fuel injection system with state of the art injectors. Various light weight materials contribute to the diet friendliness of the bike such as; modular steel trellis, aluminum alloy frame etc.The forks are fully adjustable, the biker feels safe and confident on this majestic 750 cc beast. It brings you closer to the Aprilia’s world of racing.

MODES:

There are three different performing modes that the rider can choose from; Sport, Rain and Touring. These modes can be controlled with a dedicated switch that is found on the handlebar. The touring mode allows a smooth riding capability which helps the rider cruise at ease, the Sports mode makes you go insanely fast and the Rain mode allows you to gain control over wet and slippery roads.

INSTRUMENTATION:

The Dorsoduro has a combination of analog and digital instruments that receive the data over a CAN line which helps in the diagnostics and hence it is rightly named Matrix instrumentation. The instruments are ultra compact and stick to the bike’s persona (light weight and absolutely efficient) Even the LED tail light has been focused on. The backlight appears white in the analog area while it burns red in the digital area and the levels of brightness can be adjusted accordingly. The handle bars are also very efficient; Aprilia has fitted Dual Taper Anodized Aluminum Handle Bars that resemble those used in the racing super motards.

PRICE:

Although the Dorsoduro 750 isn’t officially available in India, the 2013, the bike costs about US $ 10,000/- (around Rs. 6 lakhs)

It would be a sure shot hit in India considering its power and features.

BOTTOMLINE:

A sturdy bike with a steady brain and a lot more to look forward to than the previous models. Hoping for the 750 to make its appearance in India.

ITS SCOOTY ZEST BABY !

Another Reason for Girls [I’m assuming even Guys 🙂 ] to rejoice. TVS has announced the launch of its newest member in the Scooty family, The All new ZEST.

Scooty Zest review

Zestful by looks and playful by nature, the Scooty Zest is set to get winks on Indian roads in 2014. The peppy ranged Scooty is going to be packed with new features and not to forget, new and vibrant colors – making a great addition to your selfie 😉

ENGINE:

The Scooty Zest is gonna to carry a 109.7cc Single cylinder Engine. The power can max out to 8 Bhp @ 7500 RPM, producing 8 NM torque @ 5500 RPM (cute enough). The auto transmission mated to the Scooty Zest’s engine, and a 4 stroke single cylinder (air cooled) and a carbureted engine would provide 51mm bore and a 43mm stroke. The Scooty Zest would also be quite fuel efficient and would provide competition in terms of pick up and riding comfort.

TVS claims that the ZEST would provide a mileage of 62 Kmpl. (much needed these days)

SUSPENSION:

Hydraulic telescopic forks front suspension and a mono coil spring rear suspension would make the bumpy roads a bit more bearable, thereby ensuring a hassle free smooth ride.  The braking is of utmost concern and hence drum brakes have been installed in both front and rear of the Scooty Zest (although a front disk brake could have been impressive)

Owing to unsteady road conditions, TVS Scooty Zest would have 10 inch pressed steel wheels and the tire size would be 3.0X10 inches.

VISUALS:

An all new white finished instrument panel would feature a classy analogue speedometer, a trip meter and a fuel gauge. This new scooterette with its makeup, looks better than the previous Scooty versions. TVS has redesigned the front apron of the Zest and the lamp design has also been changed. The headlight and the tail light looks chick friendly.

The albeit the chick friendly image is something the Scooty is known to carry. The technology and engineering has been a priority with the Scooty Zest. The appearance is exactly what a girly ride should look like. The stylish headlamp would have a 12 v, 35/35 W fixture to brighten up the road at night. The dash board has also been arranged specifically keeping uber chic features in mind and instruments such as the speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge have been given a contrasting look with the scooterette.

Scooty Zest review

Zest would have both electric start and manual (kick) starter. The handle bar also provides easy and simple handling without worrying about the slippery accelerator or the heavy handles. Scooty Zest would also have sufficient space in the front to hold small luggage. There would also be a solitary hook attached (just like in any typical scooter) to safely handle bags and such.

The Scooty Zest is in tune with the current trend and the side profile definitely speaks so. The usage of high quality plastic definitely adds glamour to the side profile. You can easily store a bit more luggage (make up kit etc 🙂 ) under the seat. The seating is exceptionally larger and more comfortable than the previous Scooty models. The rider wouldn’t have to worry about the leg space, as TVS has graciously increased the foot rest and the pillion foot rest too. The pillion foot rest has been raised a bit towards an uprising position for extra comfort.

The seats look a bit similar to the Wego and the exhaust unit shares similarity to that sound in the Jupiter Scooter. The lamps have been given a slender look rather than sticking on to the bulky look. The tail lamps would have LED fixtures instead of the normal bulbs.

COMPETITION:

With competition lurking in every corner, the TVS SCOOTY ZEST would compete hip to hip with Honda Activa, Honda Dio, Yamaha Ray, Mahindra Rodeo etc. TVS would really have to work its way up. Thankfully, TVS has a good reputation among the ladies and the Zest might succeed.

PRICE:

This stylish two wheeled beauty can be yours for Rs. 47,500*/-

BOTTOM LINE:

The all new scooty Zest is allegedly more peppy in terms of design and features. However, the peppy and cute factor wont just do. With bigger and more aggressive competition increasing, TVS would have to strategically plan the advertising and branding of ZEST. The good part is that TVS is going to bring out the ZEST in various color shades.

Scooty Zest features review

The Zest had mixed reactions at the Auto expo, while some prefer the performance attributes and the easy to handle features of the Zest, others aren’t quite convinced with the looks. Its up to TVS to market this potential competitor differently to regain the girly pride that Scooty has always stood for.

Face Off: Suzuki Access vs Honda Activa

Suzuki Access vs Honda Activa compare

The Honda Activa has remained as the most successful scooter or the family two wheeler since its arrival in 2000. In September 2013 , 141,996 Honda Activa scooters were sold almost equal to total sales of  Honda in North America.  Honda took a step further and released the Honda Activa i which targeted on female riders. In 2014 Honda Activa was enhanced and remodeled  to 125cc and the name was re-branded as Honda Activa 125. At present both the Honda Activa and the Honda Activa 125 are up for sale. The all new chrome fittings on the front fascia and the tinted windscreen , the new tail lights and the bigger than grab rail gives a fresh and superior look. Access 125 proven by its overwhelming response made it one of the best and sporty scooters in the Indian market.

Access 125 is fitted with automatic transmission for splendid city ride conditions . The new Access 125 has a better and stylish look than many other  scooters of  its kind with better pick up and performance without compromising on the aerodynamics of the bike. Besides the powerful and quick responsive 125cc engine it is equipped with a central locking system and shutter mechanism to achieve a single control point for the bike , adding to all this it has unique mutli- reflector head light and focused light mechanism.

Exterior and looks

Honda Activa review compare

Both the motor scooter’s have been targeted at the mature audience and been modified to suit their needs and styles .The all new Activa 125 with its new chrome fittings on the front fascia , new tail lights and the tinted windscreen sets it apart from all other new arrivals in the motor scooter market. The Suzuki Access on the other hand did not  undergo any kind of major changes in its appearance. The Access 125 had rather an outdated and dull look with U-shaped tail lights and  the front end . When it comes to balance of looks and ergonomics these scooters are head to head which most buyers demand for . Both the scooters had raised handle bars  to give the rider a comfortable driving posture  and plenty of room. The footroom in Access 125 is not well spaced out as compared to the Activa 125. The over all looks and quality of the scooters help to earn a few points for them .

Engine and Performance.

Suzuki Access vs Honda Activa performance

Both these magnificent motor scooters  run on a similar petrol mill of 124cc .The Suzuki Access manages to churn out a 8.7Ps of power and 9.8Nm of torque whereas The Activa produces the same power at 10.1Nm but at higher torque ratings. Both the motor scooter’s might have similar type of technical specification on paper , but entirely weigh different in-terms of how they feel .When you gently press on to the Access 125 throttle you will get a smooth response and excellent linear power delivery. The Activa 125 is definitely more lively than its rival  the Suzuki Access 125 . It does not feel any kind stress or make loud noise even if it is kept pinned at 80Kmph. The Aciva’s  pick up and response  is obviously more superior than its rival . The Activa 125 power-mill is not flawless either , its has a little bumpy start when the scooter is throttled from stationary , whereas the ride is perfectly smooth. Both the vehicles are neck to neck when considering the dynamics of the scooter. Undoubtedly Activa emerges as winner in terms of dynamics and performance with its unmatched lively driving experience .

Reliability

The Activa 125 is forged with the telescopic forks up front and spring loaded type of suspension at the rear end .The scooter’s suspension  is some what rigid though. It manages to zoom through all the undulations of the road, absorbing all the bumps. The most favorite feature of the Activa for all the fans is its wide and raised handle bar making it so easy to zoom through the city traffic and thanks to the 130mm brakes up front for crisp braking power .The perfect combination of  the telescopic forks up front and the swing arm type coil springs at the rear end result in a plush and smooth ride quality on the Suzuki Access 125 ( though Activa has similar type of suspension upfront, it is somewhat stiff and unyielding )  . Honda Activa, with its raised handle bars makes it easier to handle and achieve better riding experience .Unlike the Activa , the Access doesnt provoke the disc brakes satisfactorily, but is also not slouch when it comes to braking. Response from the disc brakes in Activa is much better when compared to the response in Access 125 .

Mileage

There is always the typical Indian type of thinking no matter what are the buyers demands and styles , mileage is given more preference than the performance of the scooter itself .Thanks to the HET technology, Honda scooter’s have always proven to be the most efficient of their kind and the tradition is continued to Activa 125 . Activa 125 gives about 51.6Kmpl which is more than what Access 125 offers , that is 47Kmpl.

Caterham Super 7 Super sport – From track to road

Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman was a skilled British design engineer, innovator, and builder in the British automotive industry, but never did he in his wildest dreams think that his Caterham Seven would be renowned even decades after him passing away and be considered as a standard for automotive genius even in the 21st century. One of the most underrated production lines in the world, Caterham has come up with really mind-boggling creations which include Caterham Seven 360, Caterham Seven 480, Caterham SP/300.R and its newest Aeroseven Concept which looks like an absolute bloodthirsty demon straight out of the gates of hell itself.

But now, they have come up with yet another new Seven which looks exactly like any other Seven but they claim that it’s a bit on the faster side. “Well how different could it even be?” I thought, until I took a closer look at it. The shocking revelations blew my mind.

Under the hood it sports a 4 Cylinder, 2.0-litre Ford Duratec Engine which produces about 180 Bhp much unlike the older R300 which came with a 140 Bhp, 1.6-litre ‘Sigma’ unit. This doesn’t sound like much I know but with the car’s weight at just 535 kilograms those figures are bound to do some damage on the roads. If we actually do the math for this, then, 180 Bhp and 535 Kilos would equal to 336 Bhp per tonne which would put the car’s power to weight ratio way higher on the list than, say, a Lotus Elise. How’s that for a fact? 0 – 60 Mph takes about, something like, 4.8 seconds which makes it quicker than most of the cars out there. The Duratec part comes into play when you’re going from maybe 40 Mph to 70 Mph where it provides the additional pump which you can feel clearly. There are no turbochargers that you have to wait to kick in for as you try reaching that top speed of 140 Mph. The limited slip-differential and the rear tires which are just 175 mm wide should make the ride on this just as playful as it should be. It’s just plain and simple raw automotive engineering running through every vein of this car’s body. Though this can be driven on-road still you would prefer driving it on a racetrack or an open highway since the suspensions on this thing can be a pain in the bottom (Yes we have to censor it and NO we don’t like doing that). The hard suspension is supposed to work well enough on the racetrack (if you can actually find one somewhere here). It also comes with racy not-so-comfortable low seats and a four point safety harness so that you don’t fly off while pushing it to its limits. But you make your drive a tad bit simpler in this car if you opt for the Removable Weather Pack which comes with a much longed for roof, a pair of doors and a windscreen so that you don’t tear your face off while driving this little beast of a machine. It has a Five-speed Manual transmission which is pretty nice but it will probably be a little stiff while reaching for those magic figures on the track. A Six-speed Manual transmission can be fitted but it costs an awful lot and would probably be a waste of your hard-earned or hardly inherited money. The pedals on this thing are pretty close to each other which might lead to problems at first but I guess it can be overlooked due to the sheer brilliance of every aspect of this car. Overall it’s almost like a quirky little dragon spitting fire with every subsequent gear shift. It looks like a race car, it sounds like a born racer too and Caterham has detailed every inch of it to make it road legal, atleast in the United Kingdom. It’s a simple balanced machine which is not very fast or not stiff. People who seem to be complaining about it’s performance should simply try it’s elder sibling the R500 or maybe the KTM X-Bow or an Ariel Atom, whichever toots their horns, since this car is everything it was expected to be and it’s doing pretty darn good at it.

Caterham Super 7 How it looks from inside.
Not what you expected for INR 2.5 Million?
Caterham Super 7 engine
Might this change your mind?

Coming to the looks and ergonomics…..

It has a very classy look and feel to it. Let it be the bright orange or the custom racing stripe running through the very centre of the car, it looks absolutely stunning. You could probably put a tutu and ballet shoes on and still look manlier than ever while driving it. The simplicity of this car is what brings its elegance to our eyes. The low rung body of this might be a sort of an inconvenience from time to time but that shouldn’t matter if you’re actually in for the enthralling ride it has to offer. The fun thing about this car is that this little wonder is shipped to you by Caterham in a large box as tiny bits and bolts which you’re supposed to assemble for yourself. How’s that for a kick? But if you’re a lazy bum then you can just call them up and ask them to do it for you for a price of which you can buy a firsthand Maruti Suzuki Alto. But oh well if you’re among the very few who can afford to buy this generously priced car for your weekend fantasies then that shouldn’t be a problem. Priced at around   £ 24,995  or INR 25,73,152 it’s not for the average Indian buyer. But as a car it is absolutely delightful and playful and you won’t regret a penny you’ve spent after it. Presenting, the Caterham Super 7 Supersport, it’s the perfect machine that can be so much fun on the roads for you. Everytime you’re driving this elegant piece of British engineering, it will leave you with a big fat grin on your face like you used to have decades back while playing with your hot wheels.

2014 Vauxhall Corsa-An Overview

Vauxhall, which is a subsidiary of General Motors (USA), is slowly rooting into USA (it’s a well-known hotshot in the U.K ). Vauxhall has an amazing history hidden behind it. It was founded in 1857 by Alexander Wilson in London. Vauxhall is not only famous for automobile production; it is also famous for large war tanks production. During World War II, Vauxhall is one of the few companies to produce large quantities of warheads for British. Over 5,600 Churchill tanks were built by Vauxhall, during the world war. In 1925 Vauxhall was acquired by General Motors and till now it is owned by General Motors.

If you are in Asia, you must be wondering that Vauxhall is totally a new name. Vauxhall has already made its debut in Asian countries like China, India and also in Europe too. If you know about a brand called Opel, then you are already familiar with Vauxhall ( as Vauxhall and Opel are same ). Vauxhall was called as Opel in European and Asiatic countries and in U.K it was called with the same name. So far Vauxhall has built several cars, but among all those cars build by Vauxhall, Corsa is considered as Vauxhall’s most famous release. In the U.K it is called as Super-mini and is one of the highest selling cars in the U.K region.

Now with the new Corsa, Vauxhall is targeting both U.S.A and U.K markets. Corsa has an amazing popularity in U.K and considering this popularity and legacy of this model, after years of experimentations and minor enhancements and upgrades, Vauxhall will finally revealed the fourth-generation Corsa for 2015. The car was scheduled to hit the market in 2015. Do you think, this British make has enough power to repeat the legacy again..? Lets see !

Technical Specs:

These are some of the technical specifications of this car. Have a look.

Review: Styling

Exterior:

The Fourth Generation Corsa has similarities from its predecessor (as it has the same dimensions of the Super-mini). As the car has to carry the legacy of that model, the company decided to go with the same dimension range. But, it has some major changes with regards to the exteriors, such as new body panels, Sporty design, and new colors. The trapezoidal front grille and LED daytime running lights are look impressive and makes this car look all the more elegant. The design features are not only taken from its predecessor, it’s also taken from another Opel car called Opel Adam (a sports hatch). So the new Corsa has a perfect sporty and as well as a classy combination. In fact the trapezoidal front grille is obtained from Opel Adam. The only drawback when it comes to exteriors; driver visibility is not quite good enough as the car suffers from a demerit of low cabin range.

Interior:

When it comes to interior build quality, the car doesn’t have luxurious interiors like Volkswagen polo, but the car offers sophisticated and decent interiors. It offers a wide range of interior features in its class and the price as well. Heated front seats, soft-tone ambient lighting, and a full-size panoramic roof are some of those interior changes. There is also another enhancement on dash board where a 7-inch touchscreen is added with gaming console attachment availability. Kids will love this feature. The boot space quantity at the back remains same (285-Litres). The LCD panel can also be used in order to connect to smart phone and you can browse through the contents of your smartphone. It has both apple and android connectivity as it has IntelliLink support and if you have an iPhone you can connect your phone and can access Siri through that touch screen.

Review: Engine & Performance

The new Vauxhall Corsa is equipped with a wide range of engine options, the user can choose from 4 different engine variants and all these engines have the same six-speed manual engine in default. However some engines have an option to customize the gear box option from manual to auto. The car can reach a maximum speed up to 110mph at an acceleration rate of 0-60 in 10 seconds.

  • 1.2-liter gas engine which can churn a maximum range of 69 horsepower.
  • 1.3-liter CDTi engine which can churn a minimum horsepower range starting from 74 and can reach the maximum of 94 Horsepower
  • 1.4-liter engine: This engine also has a turbo and non-turbo variant, where turbo variant can produce maximum horse power range up to 99, while the non-turbo variant can produce 89 horsepower.

These engines are nothing new to Vauxhall as the previous cars of Vuxhall were mostly equipped with these three engine specifications, but for Corsa, Vauxhall has designed a new engine exclusively for it

  • It’s the 1.0-liter three-cylinder, turbo engine which can churn a maximum power up to 89-113 horse power and can produce the torque ranging up to 125 pound-feet of torque

Review: Safety and Reliability

During prototype testing the new Corsa has participated in the 2013 Driver power survey and secured 126th position with an average score of 85.52 out of 100. But after reaching to production stage in 2014, the 2014 Corsa is not yet participated in 2014 Driver power survey, but we can clearly say that it will get good results in this year too (as it’s already scored best marks in previous year ). It also has six airbags as standard, irrespective of high-end or low-end model. One of the main demerit in safety aspect of this car is the absence of electronic stability program in all model as some rumors are spreading that only the high end model will get the stability control program.

When it comes to a reliability issue, Vauxhall users can enjoy the lifetime warranty facility. This is one of the reasons why Vauxhall cars are sold in such a big numbers

Pros & Cons:

Pros:

  • New Design
  • Engine Customizations
  • Comes in budget

Cons:

  • Absence of some safety measures
  • The exterior and interior should be some more better

Rivalry:

This car has only two major rivals. Ford’s Fiesta is one of the major rival for this car as in every aspect. Apart from Fiesta, Volkswagen’s polo is also considered as one of the major rival for this car.

Bottom-line and Price:

Although the price is not yet revealed by the company, but based upon the price of previous super-mini, the new Corsa can also be priced at a decent and affordable price. We think the price range will start from £9,000 and can go up to £10,000.

FLYING WITH THE ALL NEW BENTLEY FLYING SPUR V8

If it’s breath taking, it’s definitely got to be a Bentley.

A rich man’s ride, the Continental (my dream car), Mulsanne an now Flying Spur, with immaculate precision and fine craftsmanship, Bentley motors cast their glorious vehicles with the confidence of a king.

Bentley Motors have announced the arrival of a new member in its royal family, the 2015 Flying Spur V8.  It would definitely roll out with the motto “Live Life Large”

BENTLEY FLYING SPUR V8 2015 review

After the Continental, a year later, the Spur came flying with more features behind the wheels. That being said, the newly anticipated spur; a cheaper model than its predecessor is going to be 21,000$ cheaper on your pocket. The Flying Spur has certainly given its previous moniker “continental” a diverse meaning. The British Luxury car sported the two-door model. Its new skin makes it more vivacious. Just a reminder, this model is going to pack a little lesser power than its predecessor that had the W-12 (twin- turbo charged engine)

BENTLEY FLYING SPUR V8 review

ENGINE:

With Audi’s aficionado-like engineering put to task, the twin-turbo charged 4.0 Liter V8 engine is going to certainly create an impact.

The same engine has already been introduced to a few Audi models such as A8, S8, RS7, S6 and the RS6. The horsepower produced by this engine can range anywhere from 430-560 Horsepower.

The Flying Spur would conveniently power up 500 horses under its hood @ 6000 RPM and a 488Nm torque.

BENTLEY FLYING SPUR V8 engine

The specialty lies in the ultra light; ultra compact V8 mated with a ZF sourced 8 speeds automatic providing a smooth ratio between smooth and seamless everyday driving. Although, constant acceleration and gear paddling might play a bit with the car’s momentum. The Sports mode takes care of the wee bit of confusion, you can choose to fly on roads, keeping luxury constant. The 4-wheel drive that sets up the car to maximum traction always.

Beware, this luxury vehicle isn’t just meant to flaunt. The V8 charges the spur to a stunning 0-60 mph in about 4.8 seconds and achieves 183 mph.

With a symphony like sound unlike its aggressively intense W12 cousin, which makes it sound like 2 engines at work under the bonnet. The V8 Spur however, sounds like it should. A pleasing noise similar to a baritone snarl when the engine is revved to its maximum.

MILEAGE:

Surprisingly, the new spur is going to go easy on your fuel. Bentley has chosen to give the Flying Spur a touch of Fuel Economy. Sources claim that the fuel economy would range from 12 miles per gallon (in the city) to 20 (miles per gallon) on the highway. Being a lot less bulky than its previous cousins, the New Flying Spur is going to be around 330 pounds lighter than the W12. Maximum mass seeps in from the front of the vehicle. And as it might turn out, the Flying Spur V8 would definitely be nimble on the wheels.

VISUAL:

While, the Visuals are pretty much adapted from the Continental GT range of cars (two door) the other changes include; Black Air intakes rather than the ever appearing high gloss metallic finish or the grille.

BENTLEY FLYING SPUR V8 looks

Surprisingly, Bentley has chosen to give the new Flying Spur Logo a contemporary Red color rather than sticking on to its conventional Black background logo. Even, the exhaust tips have been kinked a tad to give them a twin oval look. The plush appeasing interiors in the Bentley are always a sign of great craftsmanship and a sign of premium luxury.

The Spur V8 comes with a bench type seat for rear passengers, it can comfortably accommodate 5 passengers (4+1) & the dashboard of the Flying Spur is similar to the one found in the Continental Models.

PRICING:

Bentley aims on bringing newer customers under its roof. With an offering so tempting and in sync with the competition, Bentley has smartly placed this less powerful W12 substitute for a lesser price band.

BENTLEY FLYING SPUR V8 price

It is expected that the price would be a notch higher than the Audi A8, the BMW 7 Series or for that matter even the Mercedes S class. With a brand that competes collar to collar with its luxurious rival, Rolls Royce, it is certainly a good move by Bentley to introduce cars in the premium sedan range. With an increasing number of Mercedes, Bmw and Audi buyers, Bentley is certainly going to be a choice among the luxury car buyers.

The price of the Bentley 2015 V8 Flying Spur is going to range between $ 1,97,825  and  $ 2,00,500.

BOTTOMLINE:

“Sporty to drive yet elegant by looks”

MERCEDES, BMW and AUDI – looks like you might have to face some real luxurious trouble.

2014 Honda Acura NSX- an Overview

Today I am going to review about a car which was showcased in Marvel’s super hit Hollywood flick “Avengers”. Yes you got it right, the new Acura NSX 2014. This car appeared at the end of the film(driven by Robert Downey .JR ). Acura is the luxury division of Honda and the new Acura NSX is a hybrid electric sports car which was based on the Original Acura NSX that was produced in the year 1991-2005. In the 2005 the NSX model production was ended due to some lag in safety and reliability issues of this model. Since then, many around the world are waiting to see the comeback of this NSX series with enhanced features. After about 7 years of continuous experimentation on the performance and safety issues, Honda has finally called for the re-entry of the NSX series again. After much expectation, hype, and spy photos from Nuremburg ring ( during its testing ),  Honda has finally unveiled the new NSX at the 2012 North American Auto Show and then followed by Geneva and Tokyo Motor shows in the same year.

After unveiling the concept, Honda is now planning to make this prototype to a production model and this model will be hitting the roads by the end of 2015.

Below is the model which was shown in Avengers

Technical specifications:

The technical specifications are quite impressive and certainly has the ability to deliver high amount of power to this car.

Review: Styling

Exterior:

The all new NSX has a major range of exterior enhancements when compared to the old NSX series cars (due to the long time gap) and the enhancements in design have certainly delivered an amazing external appeal to this car. The front and rare designs, side profile headlights and tail-lights all are very new and looks amazing and perfectly placed. Sporty and Sexy are the two words to describe the car exterior. When it comes to front looks, the carbon black grille at the front occupies a large amount of space and is fitted with a “V” shaped chrome coated metal rig. To this the fog lamps are attached on both left and right side. From the front angle, it throws the look of a laughing beast. The rear profile is descent and good. It’s also 3.3 inches wider and 0.4 inch lower when compared to the old 2005 NSX. Overall the car exterior is quite good and can truly maintain the legacy of the NSX forever.

2014 Honda Acura NSX exterior

Interior:

As far as the interiors is concerned, NSX was designed on the “Human Support Cockpit” theme. The details regarding this new Human Support Cockpit theme was revealed by the company in the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. Jon Ikeda (chief designer, Acura Design Studio) stated that they are insistent about delivering on the “Synergy between man and machine,” . Hence the interior is given a smart and human friendly look ( so the car doesn’t look like a machine at all ). The interiors are designed with a mend of both red leather and Alcantara which gives this car a ravishing red color that looks quite amazing. The leather work on both dashboard, seats and steering looks quite luxurious and also very trendy. Carbon fiber cased central consoles, bucket seats, LCD display, Central control, AC-vents and audio system are neatly in place. The middle of the dash is equipped with an infotainment system which shows the information of the car. Other features are yet to be confirmed as the car hasn’t reached the productive stage yet.

Review: Engine & Performance

The new NSX is powered by a 3.7L DOHC 24-valve V-6 and 2 electric motors at front and 1 rear electric motor. During the initial design phase, the car was said to have a V-10 engine layout, but at the end it was replaced by the V-6 engine with direct injection. The NSX V6 engine can deliver higher amount of power output ( about 400bhp ) and the Electric motors produces prodigious torque instantly for higher performance rates. Both of these combined, the car can produce monstrous power that can enable the car to reach higher speed within less time. It can reach 0-60 MPH in just 3 second. The Seven Speed twin clutch auto transmission helps to produce a balance rate of power to this car with the help of the engine.

Review: SH-AWD (Super Handling All Wheel Drive)

Have you observed that I have stated total 3 motors on both front and back? why? This car works on a new “All-Wheel Drive” system. The car is powered by a new technology named as SH-AWD, short for Super Handling All Wheel Drive. The engine, along with the main electric motor will primarily drive the rear wheels and the rat motor powers the rear wheel’s rotation. So, all 4 wheels in the car rotate at same time. This is done to increase the handling and stability of this car and due to this the car has certainly improved when it comes to aspects like handling, and cornering.

Rivals:

This car has many rivals starting from BMW to Lexus and Porsche to Nissan, but the considerable rivals for this car are Lexus LFC and i8. Apart from these, the cars from Porsche and Nissan will also compete.

  • Lexus-LFC
  • BMW i8
  • Nissan GTR
  • Porsche 911
  • Lamborghini Gallardo

Verdict:

Although the price is not yet officially confirmed by the company (as the car is still not reached its production stage), but as far the speculation from trusted sources, the car is said to be priced at $130,000 (base price). That seems a pretty decent price for a monster of a car like this 🙂

The Owner’s Guide To YAMAHA YZF R15

Lets start with a bit of recent History.

Back in the year 2011, when young Indians (by age and at heart) had just started getting tired of the old YZF R15, Yamaha released yet another bombshell, the subsequent successor to the older R15, the YZF R15 Version 2.0. And boy did it live up-to its mark, rather it actually was way better than anyone had ever expected it to be. The way it looked was a class apart. The ergonomics were different, or simply said, better. This motorcycle pretty much managed to outshine any of the competitions – any it may have had in the Indian market back then. It looked meaner, faster and way advanced than its predecessor in every way. Even though the front looked pretty much the same, Yamaha had completely refurbished the side cowls and pretty much everything else.

The new split seats gave it a way sportier look along with the LED tail lamps, wider tires, specially the rear one which had been replaced with 130/70 R17 compared to the thinner 100/80 that the earlier ones were provided with. The new lighter aluminum swing-arm was a great addition to the motorcycle along with the elevated exhaust outlet. The more aggressive seating position was meant to give you the feel of an all round sports motorcycle. It was every adrenaline junkie’s wildest dream back then.

YZF R15 Invincible Black

So Anyway….

Today I’ll be telling you all about owning the YZF R15 Version 2 and I’ll let you into a couple of insider secrets too. On one fine evening in the month of July in 2013, after a lot of research and survey I had finally set my mind on the fact that I wanted to upgrade to the new YZF R15 (Invincible Black). Me being a passionate rider, who has always cared about the adrenaline rush rather than the comfort, have never quite regretted that decision since then. I’ve rode it for 7761 kilometers since then and I could say that I have enjoyed each and every kilometer of it. Simply put, it’s a mad man’s apprentice.

It’s unbelievably quick, it has the looks to kill for, it’s pretty fuel efficient and it can go almost anywhere. It has the same engine and torque specifications as the earlier version which I also used to own, the same 149.8 cc. engine that produces 16.8 Bhp of raw power that is more than enough to blow a sane person’s mind away. It also has the same output figures as the older one and can go upto almost 147 kmph if it’s in the right hands.

Starting off at the looks, well, it has the looks which can even make your first crush go gaga over it and make your best friend jealous of you. I never liked the black side cowl so I colored them a bright orange which people seemed to like instantly.

Technical Review:

The dual headlights don’t seem to work as good as they look though. Personally speaking, they could have been brighter and you might face problems if you’re riding at night specially in highways where there is almost no light whatsoever. Same goes for the seat – If you’re looking for comfort with a pillion in the back, you’ll have to shake that dream off. The motorcycle can be a real pain if you’ve got a pillion behind you specially if he/she is a bit on the heavier side. The acceleration seems to drastically lower if you’ve got someone heavy on the backseat. Plus the hard backseat can be a pain in the arse (literally).

But riding alone is a breeze, I’d actually say that this motorcycle is supposed to be ridden alone if you want to savor what lies within all that expensive bodywork. This bike will give you the feeling of going fast, where you’re riding at 40kmph or 140kmph if you know how to ride it properly. Though if you want to wade through traffic, it’s wide body can be a problem and the motorcycle tends to heat up if you’ve been using the wet multiplate clutch constantly for prolonged periods of time. The open chain seems to attract a lot of dirt and gravels always. I try to clean it from time to time since it effects performance noticeably if there’s too much dirt or mud on it which tends to be such a hectic process since there is no double stand. I’ve always used Motul Chain Lubricant but I don’t think other brands would be bad either.
Engine Maintenance:

If we’re talking about engine oils I’d say the factory assigned Yamaha Lube should be best but, me, I use Valvoline 4 Stroke Motorcycle Oil, but that’s just me. It just gives the motorcycle a crisp feel which can be pretty addictive. But I used Motul 3000 4T plus earlier on the version one and it worked like a charm too. The air filter hasn’t needed to be changed yet and has been running perfectly normal for the past year. The engine oil filter which seems really costly at around 145 bucks a pop also needs replacement with every subsequent oil change which I’ve done every 800 kilometers or so. The spark plugs are also running nice and smooth though I feel that after 10,000 kilometers a change might just be necessary. Keeping atleast half a tank of gas is also recommended. These things kept in mind, I’d say, for an average rider, it’ll provide a mileage of about 28 kmpl in city roads and about 40 kmpl plus on the open highways. That’s about all you need to know about maintaining a YZF R15 Version 2 I believe.

Strictly as an Enthusiastic Owner:

I know it might not be the most comfortable ride ever, or the most pocket friendly ride of all times but you have to keep this in mind that the reason behind buying this bike was neither one of those, it was about the fun, thrill, looks and border-lining that you’ve always dreamt of, and this bike seems to be performing more than good at those. The wider tires give you so much more confidence while going into a corner at high speeds. I’ve done a lot of highway riding on it and I don’t think there is a single complaint I might have. The latest front Telescopic suspension and rear Linked type Mono-cross suspension is such a comfort whilst riding within cities and on the highway. The 6-speed gearbox can make highway riding as smooth as it gets. There will probably be no moment during a ride when you might be asking it for anything more than it’s already doing.

The YZF R15 is the classic story of The Beauty and The Beast except the fact that here, both have combined into this screamer of a motorcycle.
